We are pleased to offer you the convenience of electronic delivery of fund communications, including prospectuses, prospectus supplements, annual and semiannual reports, and other fund disclosure documents (collectively referred to as “Notices”), instead of receiving them as paper copies delivered by U.S. mail. If you choose to receive electronic delivery, you will receive an email each time a new Notice is posted online, and the email will include a link to the website where the Notices are posted. Any notices that are not available online will continue to be sent to you by U.S. mail. You will continue to receive paper copies of the Notices until we receive your consent.

By electing to receive electronic delivery below, you will also affirm that you (i) have the ability to access, download, and save or print Notices from the website on which they are posted, and (ii) recognize that while there is no charge to receive Notices electronically, your internet or telephone service provider may charge you fees for online access.

Hard Copy Availability

If you would like to continue receiving paper copies of fund Notices, simply Decline or do not make an election.

Withdrawal of Consent to Receive Electronic Notices

You can withdraw your consent at any time. If you do so, we will thereafter mail paper copies of Notices to you at no charge. To withdraw your consent, please contact your client advisor, call 212-708-9100, or write to

Hardware and Software Requirement Details

To access, download, save, or print Notices from the website on which they are posted, you must have the following:

  • A current version* of an internet browser with 128-bit encryption
  • A high-speed connection to the internet
  • An active email account
  • A current version of a program that accurately reads and displays PDF files (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  • A computer and an operating system capable of supporting all of the above
  • A printer if you wish to print Notices on paper, or electronic storage if you wish to download and save Notices to your computer

*By "current version," we mean a version of the software that is currently being supported by its publisher.
